Looking for an airport hotel near
Suvarnabhumi Airport in
Bangkok? We've stayed at
Nest Boutique Resort twice and found it to be an alright place to spend a night if you need to be near the airport. We paid around
$20 USD each time, including airport shuttle. It can be booked online via
agoda or
booking.com.
The price we paid for the room included
free airport pickup to the hotel
and drop off at the airport the next day. Once you arrived at
Suvarnabhumi Airport, go to
Gate 4. Inside, there will be signs with the hotel name on the railing near the door. Tell the airport staff in that area and they'll call the hotel, who should pick you up in about
20 minutes. It's only a
10 to 15-minute drive from the hotel to the airport.
The room we got was a
big and seemed fairly clean. Even though you can hear your neighbors and the occasional plane landing/take-off, it was pretty
quiet for the most part. The
air-conditioner works well and so does
wifi! There wasn't an elevator and the shower wasn't quite hot, but other than that, it's a cheap place to crash before your next flight out.

Shuttle to the airport leaves every hour at half past until half past noon.
The hotel is in what looks like a fairly local area with some shops within a short walk to buy snacks and drinks. There is also a 7-11 on the main road which will take 20 minutes to walk to.
The detached restaurant next to it serves decent food until 11 pm, although a bit pricey at 100-150 baht per dish. Outside restaurant hours, there are quite a few dishes you can order from your room. The outdoor pool can be used from 6 am to 11:30 pm.
